Remote Support Service

ITP Caribbean offers all our customers a remote support service. We will, with your permission, be able to take over your PC, enabling us to assist you.

Safe and sucure connecton!
We use TeamViewer software. TeamViewer uses advanced security, ensuring that the connection is safe.

How does it work?
Before we can offer you remote support, you must download the necessary software. Click on the TeamViewer logo on this page to download the software to your computer. Once downloaded, you can start the program and it will generate an id-number and password. Call your ITP support agent mention the id and password and he or she will be able take over your computer.

Using Remote Support is subjected to an incident fee and you will be billed accordingly. More details on these costs can be found in your service contract with ITP.
