Our helpdesks uses the software from TeamViewer to do remote support.
All you have to do is download the TeamViewer software and install it on your PC by clicking on the TeamViewer logo below. After you start TeamViewer you will see a username and a password. Just mention them to your ITP-Support agent and he or she will take over your PC. That way we can show you exactly wat to do in case you need support. Dont hesitate to use it. TeamViewer uses advanced security so your connection is safe. For more information on TeamViewer just check out their website.
Using Remote Support is subjected to an incident fee, you will be billed accordingly. Check-out your service contract with ITP to avoid surprises.
