Remote Support Service

ITP Caribbean offers all our customers a remote support service. Once you’ve downloaded the necessary software from TeamViewer we will, with your permission, be able to take over your PC, enabling us to assist you.

Please don’t hesitate to make use of this service. TeamViewer uses advanced security, ensuring that the connection is safe.

Using Remote Support is subjected to an incident fee and you will be billed accordingly. More details on these costs can be found in your service contract with ITP.

How does it work?
Before we can offer you remote support, you must download the necessary software. Our helpdesk uses the software from TeamViewer. Click on the TeamViewer logo at the bottom of this page to download the software to your computer. Once downloaded, you can start the program and it will generate an id-number and password. Tell your ITP support agent what they are and he or she will be able take over your computer.
